Anna Midera, PhD, is a Polish transport specialist and economist who was appointed President of Łódź Airport in 2017. She also serves as President of the Polish Regional Airports Association, representing 12 out of 14 regional airports in Poland. Her previous professional experience includes roles at the Ministry of Infrastructure, cooperation with the Strategic Advisors Team of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA). Privately, she is the mother of four daughters.

Denitsa Milosavljevic is currently Director of Aviation Business Development for Fraport Bulgaria, operator of Burgas and Varna airports. With nearly 10 years of experience in aviation and extensive previous experience in travel and tourism, Denitsa Milosavljevic plays a key role in driving traffic growth and network expansion through new collaborations and initiatives. She has a strong focus on creating strategic partnerships and taking an ecosystem approach to enhancing the competitiveness of Burgas and Varna airports.

Gintarė Norvilaitė-Tautevičė has been Chief Commercial Officer at Lithuanian Airports since 2022. With over ten years of experience in airport business development, she leads the organisation’s commercial strategy across areas such as non-aviation business, commercial real estate development, route development, and revenue growth initiatives in general.

Gabriele Restaldo is currently Head of Energy Innovation and Carbon Management at Torino Airport. With over 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, renewables, and the development of solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption and emissions at an industrial level, Gabriele has played a key role in shaping the Airport’s Decarbonisation Roadmap, driving new projects and exploring innovative solutions.

Max Schintlmeister is an airport executive and consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in management, business planning, terminal development, and operations, supporting airports worldwide.

As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), Florian Seidel is responsible for Sales, Sales Experience & Excellence, Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Previously, as Vice President Sales, he was responsible for the Northern, Central and Western Europe regions, as well as for the cruise and ferry business. In his more than 25-year career at Gebr. Heinemann, Florian Seidel has always been associated with the Sales division, including as Director Retail from 2008. Prior to this, he was responsible for the business of the Heinemann joint venture Travel Retail Norway (TRN), based in Oslo.

Ella Soltani is Commercial Lead at To70 Europe, where she is responsible for driving commercial strategy and supporting the transition towards a more sustainable aviation sector. With over 15 years of experience in sales and business development across the aviation and energy industries, and holding an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Ella brings a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial leadership.
